Help for Caramel and Candy Apple Machines

Delicious apples can be turned creamy sweet or spicy hot with the simple twirl of the wrist. Candy and Caramel apples can be made before your event, creating an easy selling item that allows for you to sell and market other fun foods, maximizing profitability. We recommend using dry, room temperature apples with a thicker skin, like the Empire or Granny Smith variety for your dipping.

Check out our variety of skewers, packaging, caramel and candy coatings.

How to Make Caramel Apples
  1. Start with dry, room temperature Empire or Granny Smith apples.
  2. Place opened cans of caramel apple dip into the twin caramel apple warmer.
  3. Fill the warmers with water (do not fill more than 2 inches from the top of the can).
  4. Heat the caramel to 175 degrees.
  5. Place the wooden sticks into the bottom of the apples and dip into the caramel (only dip 2/3 of the apple, the bottom 1/3 will cover itself by the melting caramel).
  6. Place on wax paper, cool, and enjoy!
